Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, the phone in question was an AT&T branded 9900. (I only mentioned the VZW 9930 because that is what I had used a couple years back.)

My problem before was trying to activate over the phone. When I took it in last month, to an actual AT&T store, they were able to set it up along with the BIS relatively painlessly.

I just saw that Nokia launched a new version of the 5310. Given that they seem to be making their way through the library of classic phones with these re-launches, it seems like it's got to be just a matter of time before an e6, e71, or e72 appears.

Nokia's smartphone business hasn't been doing too great. But their feature phone business has really taken off and remained steady for them. They sold four times as many feature phones as smartphones, and they sold almost 30% fewer smartphone last year than the year before.

I think they could have a real hit with an e71, even if it was just a KaiOS powered phone.

Well that first one's a question I can't answer!

I agree on the second point, although KaiOS seems to be fairly clunky. My Dad bought one of the flips, and hated it so much that I got him a new battery for his old LG flip.

Spent a few hours updating the Bold Explorer.

I also found a proxy called WebOne the other day that a person could self-host to resolve some of the https problems. You can read about it here: https://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=67165

If I recall correctly, Spotify on OS7 always required a subscription. So my first question is: are you logged in?

Yep, I’m a Spotify premium subscriber. I was able to get one of the popular tracks to play, no album art or searches load though.
