    Hi, I recently did a system restore. I just tried to do a backup of my phone. My 9900 was not recognized by DTM. As a test I also tried BBSAK. Also not working. I did a batt pull. Changed USB cables and ports on PC. Charging works fine. There is no O/S for the phone on my computer. Lost it when restored. (should no o/s on pc matter here?) I'm at a loss. Anyone have any thoughts?

    hi there, i suggest you remove dm from your PC and re install it after giving it a good clean with ccleaner and a reboot.

    Does RIMBBLaunchAgent have to be checked in start up for DTM to work?

    Can't remember! Too long ago I used XP now using 8.1 enterprise with no issues on running DTM and Link
