9900 not Receiving Emails on BIS from Carrier BT in the UK
Recently my 9900 has had problems with receiving e.mails over BIS to both my BT e.mail accounts.
I also have Outlook and G.Mail accounts on the phone and they are working normally.
I am receiving the BT account messages on my PC but they are not hitting the Berry. Messages sent from the affected accounts are being sent normally.
I have re sent the service books and deleted and set up the accounts from scratch but the problem persists.
If I send myself a message to and from a BT account the Bold will sometimes receive a batch of messages that have been stored up but then revert back to receiving nothing.
The affected accounts are set up as IMAP rather than POP3 but so is the unaffected g.mail account.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.
