    I work outdoors and am rough on phones. 9780 has soaked up a bit too much sweat and dust, I think.

    Should I get another 9780 (and likely have to change out the keyboard membrane again)? Or is the 9900 worth triple the price?

    Honestly, I think I'd miss the 9780's small size.

    I think you have your device numbers confused because the BlackBerry Torch 9860 isn't available just yet and it has no physical keyboard.
    I'm going to assume you own the original Torch/9800?
