Usually, when I leave my phone idle (or in the case), it goes to sleep mode, and the screen goes black. However, sometimes it just refuses to go to sleep mode and stays fully lit. A battery pull always fixes the problem, but of course that takes some time. I discovered a fix for it recently, but naturally I totally forgot what it was, haha... and I do have the latest OS installed. Is anyone else having this problem, and possible fix suggestions? Thanks.

Do you have Backlight Timeout set to 30 secs. and Automatically Dim Backlight ON?

The timeout is set to 30 secs, but I turned off the auto dim a while back because it was dimming when I needed more light. It usually always still times out after a short time.
