Technically you can use different Blackberrys on either iDen or CDMA Boost, but it's obvious a GSM phone will not work on a CDMA network.

the only iDen blackberry i know if is the sprint/nextel 8350i, which is not made to work easily for Boost's network (there are steps involved to get it running, and you won't have BIS). the curve 8330 that Boost does offer is CDMA

Nope not going to work. Get the 8330 they offer which technically runs off Sprints CDMA network.

Can't run the 9700 since it's GSM. You can, however, run the Tour9630 off Boost's CDMA network.Messaging, voice, and web can be made to work but no RIM-dependent features like BBM or push e-mail will be available.Search the 9600 Forums for more.
