Hi everyone,
I recently got a 9700 Bold on orange and its been great but for 1 problem. At least once a day when i go to make a call or send a message it acts as if it has no signal, messages wont send and it says call failed instantly when i try to make a call. This happens even if i have full signal. when it does this it also wont allow me to recieve calls, just goes to my answerphone. If i turn it of to standby then back on it works fine and i usually get a list of missed calls and messages come steaming through. Really anoying problem as i was waiting for important calls yesterday and none of them could get through until i had reset the phone, anyone got this problem or a solution? cheers Stew

Solution, replace it. Exchange.....

thanks for reply, thats what i was thinking. Will have to call CPW to see how i stand, only had it two weeks though.

if you are within the warranty period exchange it.
