- really???? wow yeah, this lady told me they wont ship them until the 10th at least thats how it happend with the Tour too though becuase I was one of the ones or pre-ordered the Tour and had to wait for it too.
she also told me that I would have to go into a store to pre-order?? Last July when you ordered online it was very clear it was a pre-order and the phone wouldn't be shipped until officially released. With this phone it is direct fulfillment which means for sale, online, starting tomorrow!!! YAY

- NOOOOOO!! My trackball gave out and I got a purple curve!!!!!!!!! Oh %$#@&^%!! But the last time I did this and got a Samsung Glyde the first week they were out, I had nothing but troubles with that thing , which is what brought me to the Blackberry ! Sigh!......

I said great, send me the bold, and the woman said that the bold was not part of the early upgrade right now, but that she thought it would be shortly. She said when the incredible was released, it was available to them the next day. Anyone have this type of experience before? How long should it take? She just told me to keep calling back.
