Thanks. About to download it now. I've been having some minor issues with mine. Perhaps this will fix some things for me.

I'm downloading the desktop version since I have Dekstop Manager installed. Do you get better results when you upgrade over the web, or is it all about the same?

I think it's faster via pc. It's the big 100MB download OTA that can take a really long time. On a pc it can be done in under 20 minutes.

I hear a lot of people referring to shrinking the OS before installing it.
Is this the same as unchecking the features you don't want, or is it something totally different all together?

Starts with removing all the unwanted apps. I always remove PTT, VAD, wallpapers, videos, all games and IM clients except Enterprise Messenger. Saves me about 30-35MB of memory space. Search on Shrink A OS application.

I downloaded from my computer and ended up with .699. Took 40 minutes to do this.
Tried again to go through phone and now have .732. Took 45-50 minutes to do this.

Is version .732 only works via the web and not PC download version?
