I just got my BB bold 9780 unlocked its from t-mobile but I currently have it setup on AT&T and its ALWAYS on EDGE does anyone know if I can get on 3G? I don't know if this has been asked before & sorry if it has. Thanks in advance.

You cannot get 3G on AT&T's network with a T-Mobile branded device.

AT&T and T-Mobile use different frequency bands for their 3G networks, so T-Mobile devices on AT&T get only EDGE, and AT&T devices on T-Mobile also get only EDGE.

Nope, you'll only be on EDGE.
As said above, You can't get 3G on AT&T's network with a T-Mobile branded device.

You should've researched a bit more prior to purchasing your 9780.

Activate and use the phone on Tmobile and you can.

Or sell it and buy a Rogers, Bell, or Telus 9780. You'll be able to get 3G with one of those carrier phones.
