Is sandisk the only company that makes them? How much do that cost?

    Worth upgrading?

Sandisk is actually not the only company. There are other companies such as kingston and other cheaper brands as well. As long as the phone supports 32gb go for it. But many have said that it can be slow while others don't have an issue. Check on ebay for a variety of them and prices

Because the 32s are still relatively new and not being sold everywhere yet, do not buy from ebay. The chances of you getting a fake are much higher.
Wait till they are available from newegg, buy.com amazon etc.

Tigerdirect.com or their canadian one. Tigerdirect.ca or factorydirect.ca has them. They're worth it.

If you don't have a camera and use your phone mostly for video capture, that's a good investment.

I would wait another few months at the least before investing in a 32gig.
Its not worth it at the moment.
I just found one at a site that looks really shady to me, 199.95$ for 1*32gig card, while newegg has 16gig transcends for 69.99$ a piece with free shipping.

I will happily sit on the sidelines and wait for newegg to get the 32gigs so I can snap up some 16s at a much lower price...

Well, um, NEITHER of those are microSD, are they...?

Are people not reading the title of this thread or do they not really understand the difference between microSD and SDHC??? Or microSDHC for that matter...

    LOL

I can see how the second one would show up - the included reader can read microSD...

    2) What class are they?
    3) Who makes em?

    The man has it right.

1). Who the heck is Sam?
2). Class is all important. Not so much the read speed although A higher read speed is handy if you are copying stuff off the card, I mean how much faster can you play an MP3. The real benefit of higher class card comes when writing your stuff to them.
3). I really only like SanDisk and even then I like the retail packaged ones that SanDisk themselves sell and warranty. Bulk Packaged are sold to OEMs by SanDisk and do not themselves waranty these cards.

DO NOT but from ebay unless you like looking for trouble.

I wrote a thread about a year ago on the subject of these little ards. You may find it worth a look http://forums.crackberry.com/f2/micr...c-cards-46673/

You got a good deal. Newegg has a sandisk 16 for 41.99 with free shipping, but it doesnt say what class it is. What class/speed is the one you bought.
Sandisk is not usually less expensive than other brands so my bet is its a class 2 or 4. But who knows, it could have been a loss leader for that store.
