None of our 9810's and my 9900 devices seem to be working either. So I found a very easy way to watch youtube videos. Installed Opera mobile browser and everything works fine. Hopefully this gets fixed on the native BB browser. Good luck all.

Google released an official statement earlier today, "Our web design team spent many hours determing the best method of torture for the Blackberry infidels. Without their precious youtube, they will have no choice but to succumb to our glorious empire."

The only way to workaround this problem for me was adding the next line at the end of my youtube video link:
    &autoplay=1

so if the link in the web is www.youtube.com/123456videolink then just add and reload it like
    www.youtube.com/123456videolink&autoplay=1

It has become quite clear that no one cares about this issue here. I guarantee you if the mods were still using OS7 devices this would have been addressed by now. We have a better chance asking Alicia Keys to help us. God knows she doesn't use her BB. This company is really starting to wear thin on my patience.

what are you talking about? this was an issue on the youtube side of things. nothing to do with the mods or blackberry. go complain to google. fwiw, it cleared up for me. works now.

Youtube no longer works on my Curve 9320 on 7.1 for a few days so this problem isn't only related to the Bold. My OS hasn't changed.. Google seems to have rendered Youtube unusable on 7.1 device browsers.

I just tried running a video from MSN on my 9900 and got a message that video is not available for my device; is anyone else having video trouble on the browser besides YouTube problems?

Also, just checked YouTube on a Torch 9800 (with OS6.x) and it worked perfectly; is this an OS7.x problem?

Ok weird. It is now NOT working again for me. I tried clearing the cache -- no help. It certainly has nothing to do with the phone or OS -- since I have not made any changes.

Edit: Could this be an issue on the NOC side of things?

Same for me. It can't be a device or OS issue since it is across different models and OS versions. Then some folks are not having the issue. I am starting to think it might be something to do with BIS (the NOC). Anyone?

Yes, I just tried it on my old 9700 and it works fine. Must be just 7.1

Hey Kevin, can you pull yourself away from that gorgeous Z10 and try to give us dinosaurs a helping hand here? You must have contacts that can get to the bottom of this problem.

Thats a bit harsh but I do agree. It's all Z10, Z10, Z10 and Z10 again. No thought at all now for the rest of us! Again, come on Kev we need some help here.

Already any user not using a Z10 is forgotten, by BB, CrackBerry, and Kevin. This is a big issue and would typically be a big story but "oh no everyone is focused on Z10" (said in sarcastic voice).

Lets report problems/big issues when they arise regardless of which BB/OS you are using!

    Same issue with my 9790!

Anyone experiencing this issue should download opera mini. It is not having this problem and does load youtube videos without issue.
