Weird but I have these 3 little lines in the middle of my 9930 screen that will not go away...seems like they r burnt on the screen..if u know what I mean? Anybody else experience this?

I have a 9930 and no lines, try a battery pull and if it don't work swap it out under warranty.

i've experienced it, just yesterday, was so weird, it was like as if the screen is glitching, juss restart your blackberry,
alt+caps+del,
itll reboot, and still be there, but become fixed after it reaches the main menu when the blackberry home screen is done loading.

Is it possible that you can make a picture of the screen issue? It seems your screen is faulty.
I too have a 9900 and i didn't experienced a issue like this or i may be wrong. But would be cool if you can make a picture of it.

Weird, dead pixels? Still under warranty? I would exchange it for a new model.

If the lines are not always present, then I would reset the phone or reload an older OS and see if that fixes the problem.

Need to show the solid pictures per color & check it out which colors were dead on the screen. Then send it back to warranty service if your device still covered by contract service.
Make urself the solid image with paint.
