WoooHooo! Got my Charging Pods for my Bold + Playbook in the mail yesterday!

The Charging Pod is hands down one of my favorite mobile accessories of all time. I get one with every new berry!

Its alot smaller, thinner, sleeker and sexier than previous charging pods.

Who did you order them from? I ordered two from ShopCrackBerry.com on August 21 (the day I got my new phone) with an expected ship date of 9/2. Then it slipped to 9/6, then 9/10, and now I look today and it's 9/19. Happy for you, but very jealous!

I ordered from Amazon. Its was $5 more, but I really didnt want to wait a week or two for shopCrackBerry to get some in stock.

Order from Verizon for $29.99. Or get in store. With company discount picked mine up for $22 over a week ago.

Be prepared...There is a known issue with the PB Charging cradle...The Gold spring loaded pins stick and do not make contact with the pads on the PB Mine failed after no more than 6 Charge cycles..
Even better I called RIM and even though they make it they wont support it...I asked for a replacement but they where not willing to help just kept reading the script and telling me to contact the supplier ( 3rd Party vendor on Amazon )
I sent them a message asking for a replacement and RMA number to return the defective item so it will be interesting to see what happens...
Must say I was pretty disappointed with RIM over this...Its not a cheap item

I switched the Micro USB charging cable that came with the Bold, for the one that came with the PlayBook for my Bold Charging Pod... and WOW it charges the device insanely fast.

Whenever I get home from work, If I need to I can charge the phone to a full 100% super fast before I head out again to meet my buddies for a beer or something. Nice!
