All I can say is that this is the Blackberry that has brought me back to Blackberries. And I have used literally every other phone and platform that comes with it. This is a solid device... the app selection being ****ty is a given , you should of known that before buying it. But to say that the build is bad, you must be slow... This really is the only phone that has a build as solid as the iPhone 4s. And really the OS runs fine, smooth as butter for me, i just think your not a blackberry person. If you want eye candy and a crap ton of apps that you will never use... Go iPhone.
