I keep hoping they'll reconsider and pop out another tool under a different name. I can't see them canceling a project that benefited nearly every user of the phone for good. But who knows...

I hate this too, I have made some awesome themes in the past. That being said, some people are making themes. Check the theme section and maybe you'll find something that you like!

People still dish out quite amazing themese for OS7 devices, even without a theme builder. There are some limitations you need to get around with though.
But as already said, the official Theme Builder for OS7 has been canceled. There is a beta version of it floating around somewhere. However, even skilled themers say this version sucks and nobody should even bother using it.
