Will Bold 99xx go to street price below Torch 98xx?

I heard today that a major carrier is discounting the Bold to below the Torch price for business customers. Anyone else hear/see this? Maybe our field rep is confused.
I don't need to see actual prices, just interested if these two phones are going to flip in price position from their list. (Pacific NW)

Its the new one, now $50 less than the Torch instead of the reverse.

This is possible. BestBuy Canada offered the new Bold 9900 for a $0.01 on contract last Friday, so it is possible.
