Upgraded to os 7.1.0.569 but as soon as I finished upgrading my wifi does not connect, either I have to be near to the wifi source or it will connect for a moment then disconnects, or will say that there is no connection available.

And my battery says full but only at 95% help

Try deleting your wifi profile and re-create it. What wifi router/ap do you have?

95% battery is still considered full. Charge it overnight and see what happens.

Yup done that once I delete it and reconnects a disable sign appears at the wifi spot

I haven't had problems charging overnight.

See if your wifi router has a firmware upgrade. Check manufacturers website.

Try a different OS, use bbsak to wipe then download a different OS if it still doesn't work then it could be the device or the router.

The charging issue doesn't happen anymore. I would wake up and find my blackberry in a constant reboot cycle. My wifi connects and reconnects all the time. I can't wait till blackberry 10 cause this 9930 (although its the best blackberry on market) is trash. Its a nice phone but I'm tired of the problems with it
