When I connect my Bold to my computer with the USB cable, I get 2 pop-up windows. One is called "Blackberry User Tools (F" and the other is "Blackberry2 (G"

In other words, it looks like 2 things are connected to the computer. This has never happened with other BB's. What's up? Is this normal?

Because the computer sees 2 different drive, one is the micro sd and the other is the internal memory of the phone itself.

Because there are 2. I guess asking here is a lot easier than dbl clicking on each of the new drives isn't it.

Internal 8GB and yous Micro SD Card.

One shows Media Card, the other shows the 99xx's internal media storage.

Okay, I guess that makes sense. It just never happened with my previous BB's, all of which had media cards.

That's because your previous BB's didn't have internal memory available to you for Media Storage.
