All of a sudden, I have a row of dead pixels near the bottom of my screen. It isn't OS related, b/c the same pixels are dead on boot up. They aren't dead all the time, its sort of intermittent, but its getting worse.

Any ideas?

I guess I can do that. Assurion gave it to me brand new, so do you know if I should talk to them, or VZW?

Possibly a loose connector, but likely a hardware problem that will require replacement.

I had this problem when I went skiing over the winter. I think the cold temperatures were the culprit.

Regardless, my screen went back to normal after a few days and has been perfect since.
