From my understanding, the only BlackBerry 9900 out in white right now is on Rogers Wireless. Well my question is, if I do decide to get it, am I able to get 3G&HSPA+ speeds if I unlock it for AT&T or T-Mobile?
For AT&T, you will be able to use the 3G/HPSA speeds, however on T-Mobile, you will not be able to use the 3G speeds. This is because AT&T and T-mobile have different 3G frequencies and Rogers and AT&T have identical 3G frequencies.
Who knows when TELUS will finally release it in white. I gave up on waiting, and picked up an unlocked Rogers version to use on my TELUS line.

Um, this is not even remotely true. It may have seemed that way when they were the only GSM provider in Canada, but now that Bellus has launched their HSPA network it's a level playing field.
Well I only know that they have white bold for carriers Rogers and bell.. I wanted a white bold but then didn't wanna renew my contract an extra year and hate how ppl sell the white bold more expensive then the black one when it is the exact same phone but then I bought myself a black one and do not regret it.. Wish it was in white but I can live with a black bold
