Where can I get a factory unlocked Bold 9900 that has a warranty. My last bold was bricked and because I had no warranty the phone was unable to be fixed( something like 2 months after I got the phone.)

Amazon. Unlocked and they have a spectacular return policy.

I was thinking about this phone but not all the reviews are good ones about the seller.

Go Amazon. I am posting from my 9900 so I can't tell where you're from. But I looked at who it was available from and there was one for $410 fulfilled by Amazon, who are the best. Because they're Amazon.

Or you could buy one term free from a local carrier and unlock it yourself, you just need a $5 code. Then you have stores to go to also if it fails.

In the past, I have bought from this third party web seller with no problems at all.

Regarding the Amazon listing in your link, I don't know how well Amazon protects you from third party sellers selling you a lemon. Amazon has the item for $700, and buying from them would bring you peace of mind though at a significant monetary cost.

In any case, make sure you buy the phone with the proper 3G bands!

I was in same situation, after a good bit of research I got a manufacturers refurbished 9900 off ebay from a top rated seller. It was BRAND NEW. Would do it again.
