Hi guys I'm a newbie and I've bought this AT&T 9900 from eBay and am using it in the UK, yesterday I charged it and in the morning it was unresponsive what it does in the following sequence is the trackpad will light up, then the receiver/hanging up panel light's up, then the LED will light up the process is in an endless loop.

It's being recognized by DM however BBSAK or JL_Cmder won't connect to it . I've tried reloading an OS via apploader it sails through device initialization etc then it comes to JVM loader and fails to connect to my device , I've deleted the vendor files from everywhere and I'm in desperate need of help I just don't know what to do !! :'(

Any help will be deeply appreciated
    Thanks

Try the loader /nojvm option from a command line. If that doesn't work, contact the seller or Ebay regarding replacing it.

I am not on windows 7, but you should be able to select start/run and then type in "cmd" in the run text box and hit enter. It will open a dos window. Then using cd to the directory where loader program is and then type loader /njvm and press enter.

This is what I have for Windows XP pro.

    cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    loader /nojvm

I am beginning to think that RIM's Desktop Manager needs a "Un-Bricking" module!

I've done no /jvm in the command prompt - but at the end it says unable to connect to device, seriously confused at this point. Any suggestions.
