Hey everyone!

I get used blackberry 9900 as a second phone. I love this phone and want it to use it as a everyday phone! BUT! When I'm switching on my phone this error appears and I also can't download what's app, I dunno what to do...pls anyone help me with that...I will really appreciate your help,any help...thank you very much.

You seem to have whatsapp already installed. ( the icon is showing on your screen shot )

Do you have an active BIS plan ?

WhatsApp doesn't need BIS. He can use it on regular data plan.

Bro,the thing is I did download but it shows me that "this version is too old please update,it's absolutely free" and I do update but the same thing happening...and this error appears...any idea how to solve this bro?

Delete it from Your BlackBerry. Than instal again.

I did it,but no results...and some error appears when I turn on my bb and have no idea where it came from

Download / install desktop software from BackBerry site.

Once installed , choose reload OS option.

The screenshots say its "May 1", but your post is from "Jan 9". I think your phone's time/date is incorrect, which can cause the "this version is too old" error in some cases.
