    Why do we have code names ? Why not name the device according to the code names which sound cooler?

    Would someone please tell me what is the code names now?


    9900 ??
    9930??
    9810??
    9780 - is it Delta?
    9700 That's the only one I know for sure is an Onyx
    9300?
    9650?
    9000?

    The codenames are really for internal use. But we kind of run with them to break the monotony of saying the 9000, 9100, 9550...9900...

    9790 bellagio
    9780 onyx II
    9900 dakota (i think, or thats the 9930)

    9810 - Jennings
    9700 - Onyx
    9300- Kepler
    9650 - Essex
    9100 - Stratus
    9000 - uh... 9000 if I recall..

    Apollo/Sedona in the 9300 series but 9350/60/70.
