    I don't think BB has lost its character. It has simply extended the reach of a BB user...native app or Android app. makes no difference because they both work and get things done.

    It would be very boring and lots of missing apps.
    BlackBerry tried hard to have app developers jump the BB 10 wagon, but BlackBerry (hopyfully for the last time) was arrogant and tried to sell the new solution to premium prices and did not offer a trade-up program for their existing users, they ended up with very, very few BB10 devices in the market.

    No marketshare = no developers.
