You really shouldn't trust memory or batteries from eBay sellers especially from Hong Kong. I would stay away unless you want to risk damaging your 9900. That price is way too cheap for a legitimate battery.

You're right but my BB with Batterywatch installed in far away from arriving at meddle evening. It's really matter!
faraway from evening is still better than nuked/bricked 9900. maybe you can try other option such as installing other OS and disable 3G (i use .540 and only on 2G, it last me from morning till about 9 pm)...
