So one day the new 9930 is fine, the next day I cant send or reply to texts. It's on my plan but suddenly I cant select reply or new message (text). I receive them just fine but cant reply or make a new one. The box isnt there and the option doesn't appear on the drop down box. Tried the battery pull so I'm figuring a box is checked somewhere...The messages are piling up!!!
Weird, that never happened to me, looks like something in the OS broke up or have you tried asking your carrier about this?
Reinstall the OS and see if that still exist.
Im staring at the Blackberry desktop software trying to figure out how to reinstall the OS...any hints? The carrier didn't understand English enough to grasp the problem and kept repeating how to send or reply to a text as if the means were there to do it. I hung up
