    Hi guys,

I want to know, i've bought a 9900 on Monday, and since then, it has rebooted twice. But it isn't a regular reboot. It just shut down and I can' do anything untill i do a battery pull.
Is this a software issue or device issue? What would you suggest, go back to the store or just leave it this way?

    Steven Chi

Ps: I also have a lockbutton that is a little bit loose, if you shake my phone you can hear te lockbutton bump against the bezel gently. The seller said it was supposed to be like that, did he speak the truth?

The seller is lying. The lock button shouldn't be loose. Go back to the store and ask for a replacement.

Thanks guys, random rebooting is a well known problem right?
And I just downloaded alot of songs and have contacts on my 9900, if I back it up and i have a new 9900, does the new 9900 have all the songs and contacts from my old one?

With loose i don't mean it's falling off, but that it makes sound when I shake my phone.

Mine makes no noise no matter how hard I shake it, my opinion is return for exchange!
