eBay, Kijiji (search for the Toronto area). I'm sure you will find a lot up on toese websites to buy and ship to your place. Unless you want to make a trip up to the nearest store across the border and get one then unlock it.
come across the border and pick it up from a rogers store for now, they don't ask for account details for outright purchases.
it was different for me when i tried buying a torch from ATT, you needed an account to make an outright purchase so i had to buy my torch from radio shack back in the day
