Tonight, i was pulling the battery on my 9900, when i noticed a tiny piece of paper with tape attached to the back, which was loosely hanging from the bottom of my battery. Tough to tell, if it came from the battery or the actual backing of the phone. Could this be a warranty paper? Could i have accidentally voided my warranty?

It's just a paper shim to keep good battery contact.

Will that effect battery life or connection now though?

Could be a quality control certificate seal. I am not sure but if that's the case, your warranty is still valid.

Would be pretty disappointing if a warranty sticker, or important connector was able to fall off so easily from simply pulling the battery imo.

I doubt it. My 9900 didn't have one, and the one on my 9790 battery fell off within a week. Made no difference whatsoever.
