So im using the bold 9930 and sometimes i have it on vibrate and i have like the profiles for im fb chat and all of that stuff to ring but not when im on vibrate only and so i noticed my phone actually rings when i get a facebook chat or message when its on vibrate only and sometimes my text rings too even when its on vibrate can anyone help me ?

You can change it in profiles to make the vibrate thing.. Not vibrate and make a noise instead. Lol.

people need to check FAQ's and User Guides before declaring something a problem... this is such an easy fix, just go to your sound profiles and change alerts to silent for messenger and IM's.

My phone won't vibrate at all now.......all settings have been triple-checked as well. argh..
