I had an 8520 for almost 3 years. When I received a VM, even if it went directly to voicemail, the VM text would show the number or contact of the caller.

This doesn't happen on the 9930. I cannot see who left the message. Is there a setting to change this?

When you play the message, are you able to determine who it is?

Of course...But I'd like to see who it was from before calling. Some ppl need to be called immediately (business) others can wait (spouse)
