    I've had my broken bold 9900 now for 3 weeks and everytime I have called them to get my phone exchanged they said they are completely out of stock, so I called again 2day and the women that I talked to told me that they will not exhange my 9900! She said "if I were you, I would sell the broken 9900 and then buy a new one" why should I!?! I've had it 3 weeks and I do not pay 50 a month for a broken phone!

    When you say "broken", what do you mean? What is their return policy? You can't return it to a Vodafone store?
