Wanted to see if anyone has had this problem. I have an unlocked Rogers 9900 I'm using on AT&T. I have BiS and have gotten registered with the network. I got all thenAT&T software but I don't have a Visual voicemail icon. Is there anything I can do? I've called customer service but no help. Oh and I have the current software.

Thanks unfortunately it looks like you have to have Rogers and I don't. I'm using a Rogers phone on AT&T.
After looking into this it doesn't seem like I'm able to use visual voicemail. Oh well.
I typed in "visual" in universal search and it brought up an icon for me. But I'm on a 9930 with Verizon and they have good visual voice mail support.

It seems that since I'm using an unlocked Rogers phone it doesn't support it. I've looked through forums and it talks about how to somehow side load it but it's no big deal. It's just as easy to hold the number 1 down. Lol
Yeah I don't get Visual Voicemail with a Unlocked 9900 from AT&T with T-mobile but I would rather hold 1 down as well to get my messages.
