Tier 2 (?) support had to submit a request to have the device manually loaded, so that their system could recognize the device and activate it. The rep said it could be as quick as an hour, but could take as long as a day.
WTF - who shipped these things if they're not loaded into the systems properly?...and more importantly, WHY ME!?!?!?
