it is not, this is the same as the Leaked version indeed, however, since no one has posted a link to an official download from the BlackBerry website for the 7.1 OS I thought it would be a good idea to come up with.

Would be helpful if the thread title said it was an official .267. This is the way most of us refer to an OS version.
