Got an update on Blackberry 9900, called Bundle 2406, V7.0.0.585. After it was completed all my standard ringtones that came with the phone somehow disappeared!!
1) How can I get this back?
2) How can you get previous versions of the Operatin system, for example my previous O.S. version?
I'm new to Blackberry so please consider patience.

I had the same thing happen yesterday after an update but i lost the os5 ringtones i had downloaded but a google search got them back.
