You need to open Itunes, go to setup sync, choose to sync the contacts with outlook, after this you have the contacts in outlook, you can sync the contacts in outlook with your device using Desktop Manager.

Im not sure about this one, I remember you can sync using address book but I havent done it in years so I dont remember! If you own a Mac let me know and Ill go see how to get it working on mine and Ill let you know how to do it.

Anyway, If I helped, clickem mah Thanks buttons!

If you have a Gmail account, you can use Google Sync. That's what I do and it's easy, no need for a computer, and never loose your contacts.

If your ip4 is jailbroken look for an app called simanager. It allows you to save your contacts to sim and then import from sim on the BB.

Could always take it into the store you bought it from and have them do the work for you

...or forget about your contacts...take the iPhone, and burn it.

    Burnt it with fire!
