Im on at&t and cant wait any longer for the 9900 to come out! so i was basically wondering if i bought a unlocked 9900 from tmobile or rogers or whatever, would it work on at&t, how well does it work, and would it be 4g?

I'm an AT&T customer who couldn't wait until November to upgrade from my 9700. I bought a Rogers 9900 two weeks ago, unlocked it, and am loving it. It picks up AT&T H+ (HSPA+), which I understand to be '4G' and everything has been working well.

i have a Bell 9900 unlocked on At&t and everything works great - just missing visual voicemail. i keep getting weird scrambled text messages since visual voicemail is still provisioned in my account. wishful thinking i guess!

all three of the carriers listed above will work fine with At&t, its just a matter of the deal you find and what youre willing to pay... also if you care about carrier branding on the phone or another carrier splash screen each time you start up the phone. i went with Bell because their 9900 lacks branding of any kind on the hardware or in the software.
