    My BB 9900 has decided to stop sending from one of my email accounts with the message " User account is in INVALID mode"

    I have tried to go to email set up wizard from my phone, but I'm unable to log into my BB ID account- the system thinks about it for a while then replies " unable to login to you Blackberry ID account"

    The password is correct,

    does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?

    Using your PC, log on to your account on you carrier's site. There you should be able to set/change your password for each email account and also re-send the Service Books to your device. After you do this, you will be able to access your email account set-up on your device.

    There is no problem with the password - i have reset my blackberry ID password... it just wont let me log on....

    When I switched from the 9780 to 9900, the email setup on the device didn't like any of my passwords. Once I logged on to my carrier's site and resent the service books, all was ok.
