I had loaded the Sprint 7.1 with no issues. This morning, I wiped the phone with CrackUtil, downloaded and installed the official Verizon 7.1 OS, but halfway through the installation when the phone reboots, it will not reconnect to the JVM.

I uninstalled the software from my computer, rebooted, pulled the battery on the phone probably 4-5 times, still same error message.

Any ideas?

It appears to be working now. I swear I have re-started this thing 5 times this morning. Oh well, hopefully no more error messages.
