Really enjoying my new 9930, coming from the 9650 I love the upgrade and the OS. I used to have weather bug and I'm now looking for a weather app that alerts and doesn't have ads every time you load it up. Can anyone recommend a good weather app?

I'm on day 7, and I'm also enjoying my Sprint Bold 9930. I use BeWeather (formerly BerryWeather). I've been using it for a couple of years now and I think it's pretty good

Get the BeWeather paid version, no ads. RIM will pay for the non-ad version, if you got it before end of May. Dont install the free one.

I find the weather channel to be as good as the other out there. I find beweather to be a little buggy at times.

Is beweather the same as berryweather? If it is 10.00is a little too much.

It's the same app, different naming. Click here to get it free for a limited time.

I use BerryWeather. Great app. Love the ability to add your own radar maps. Keep an eye out....for it goes on sale for half price sometimes.

Another great weather app is called QuickWeather by NikkiSoft. NikkiSoft - makers of QuickLaunch BlackBerry Shortcuts and App Launcher. Check them both out!

This suggestion is most likely going to add confusion
to this thread, primarily since we're trying to let the OP know he doesn't have to pay a cent to get the full version if he acts now.

    I use both.

No weather app here either. I just follow @HurricaneHub on Twitter and I'm all set!

    Used to use WeatherBug.
