Just bought the new 9930 yesterday! Sweet phone by the way! However, Verizon said they can't transfer my password keeper or memo pad info from my curve to the 9930. Does anyone know how to transfer other than me having to re-type all? Thank you

I always thought you could at least transfer the memo pad info. I have been using bbnotepad. Which by the way works great on the 9930 and saves to the media card. All the saved bbnotepad files transferred fine. You could try the advanced option in the DM. Open your latest backup on the left and manually check the databases, then press the arrow pointing to the right at your current data files. It should transfer fine. Good luck.

So I do this from my 9930 or curve? I'm confused? My memory stick is in the 9930 now. Also what does DM mean?

The DM is blackberrys Desktop Manager. You make a backup of the Curves data then using the Advanced option replace the data in your Bold with select files. You can get a copy of the DM from Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com
