    After i upgrade my BB9900 from OS 7.0.590 to OS 7.1.862 (o another OS 7.1).
    Trackpad on my BB9900 is not working, my phone detected trackball instead trackpad.
    How can i fix this problem?

    It sounds like the install didn't fully work. This happens sometimes when installing the OS via OTA. I would suggest reinstalling it again.
