What are the best settings to use for this?

Different Os's may be more or less reactive. I am on .374 and mine is set to 750 and hover set to medium slow. Touch and hold is enabled.

I am also on .374 and set to 400 with hover set to normal. I haven't played with the settings much, but that seems to work for me.

Albee, I am also on .374. Why haven't you rushed to get an update?

Because my battery life is awesome and there is always a tradeoff with other carrier os's. Also I don't want to delete the vendor xml file. I am one of the few that actually wants my carriers updates. I also have 232mb free without any problems what so ever. Not updating until an official release!

Running on default sensitivity. I got used to it so yea, never changed it.
