so i got my bold 9930 this morning and activated it and everything was working great and after transferring my bbm contacts my touchscreen has stopped working!! has anyone else had this problem / can anyone help me im so upset

Did you try a battery pull yet? I just received mine also and no major issues so far.

If that doesn't work try upgrading your OS to the latest official one in the 9900/9930 section here. Might be worth a shot if battery pull and nothing else works, if not then take it back to the store you still have the 15 or 30 day exchange.
