Outside of their amazing coverage, and 4G-LTE (that we BB users cannot take advantage of yet) VZW is otherwise an overpriced, corporate behemoth, Droid cramming down your throat sales force, that doesn't know its arse from a giant hole in the ground.

Side note: a couple years ago we spoke with one of the sales people about upgrading a phone. He told us about a deal. The next day, the rep texted my mom, yes, TEXTED to tell her that what he told us the previous day was wrong. Wtf? How business-inappropriate is that? We weren't good friends with this guy, it was our first time meeting him.

Verizon has been testing a new 7.1 OS for a couple weeks. You're running 7.1.0.163 which was released last January.
