When will the tmo reps allow me to order the phone for the 17th they keep telling me they dont have dates on release yet. Is this possible if its due out for a soft release less than a week away?

Again, reps usually don't know details on pending releases.

If it was coming out on the 17th, sure. T-Mobile is releasing it the 31st though.

My main question is: Will TM have UMA on its 9900? I can live w.o. AF on the camera. Would like a "steady cam" feature.

if it has wifi isnt it just OS that needs to support UMA?
cant understand why TMO would run away from that feature when they were one of the first to carry the feature with the 8320

ATT will undoubtedly kill UMA once their pillaging of T-Mobile is complete.

No. Originally hardware was needed as well for UMA, although I don't know about nowadays.
