    I called Tmo the other day to complain, and the tech support rep said that the new OS ill be pushed out to phones on the 13th.. am I missing something?

    They could start to push it out on the 13th, but it's not guaranteed you'll receive the update on the 13th, it's not instant.

    OS's are not "pushed out to phones". Notifications are possibly pushed out to phones. BlackBerry's are not automatically updated...not on BIS plans. OS updates are pulled down to phones on user request, not pushed down from the carriers.

    They "push" the notification that the OS is available for download OTA.
